  • What thread colors are available?

    • We stock almost every color. If it exists we have it. If not we'll get it.

  • How do I get my artwork to you?

    • Simply email it to jcimageart@adelphia.net. This goes directly to our graphics dept. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours.

  • What forms of artwork do you accept?

    • Ideally an .ai or .eps works best. We also can use high resolution jpeg and tiffs. If you're unsure, send it anyway. There's very little our graphic dept. hasn't seen before. You can also mail ad slicks.

  • Do you match Pantone (PMS) colors?

    • Yes.

  • Do you accept P.O.'s?

    • Yes. Contact our order dept to set up terms with our credit dept.

  • Do you offer screenprinting?

    • Yes. We are a full service in house screenprinting facility.

  • Do you sell blank items?

    • Yes. Simply subtract $3.00 from any published price.

  • When will I receive my finished products?

    • Most orders ship within 5 days of approval of art.

  • Can you ship via FedEx or other carrier?

    • Normal shipping is UPS. Many customers provide us with their shipping number to take advantage of their shipping contracts/discount with their carrier.
